Case Analysis Ashrafi, Omid November 2, 2012 City University of Seattle Abstract This study is clarifying the effects of obeying the rules by multinational companies in country where they are participating. At the first, this paper presents two cases which were the worst disaster in the world, then it will show different reasons how companies can make positive effects to their environment instead of making profit, and finally explain a the social ethics statement from a company and a recommendation in this case. Company Right and Responsibility We are living in 21 century, the age of innovation, growth, technology. Many Multinational Corporations are making the contract abroad to make more profit.
